The City of Bordentown Water Department is advising residents of a water main break on Edgewood Road. Repairs are scheduled to take place today. Residents in the affected area may experience low water pressure or a temporary loss of service while work is underway.
Repairs are expected to be completed within approximately eight hours once work begins. After water service is restored, residents should run their water until it runs clear.
We appreciate your patience and understanding as the Water Department completes these repairs.

Did you know that over 1 billion pounds of pumpkins in the U.S. end up in landfills each fall — that’s more than 80% of what’s bought for Halloween! Instead of letting yours rot with the rest, bring it to Bordentown’s Pumpkin Drive and help give it a second life.
📅 When: November 1 – 30
📍 Drop-Off Locations:
209 Crosswicks Street (next to Gilder Field) – Bordentown City
266 Crosswicks Road – Bordentown Township
🛑 Please drop off only clean, undecorated pumpkins — no paint, candles, glitter, or wax.
🌱 Your pumpkins will be composted or repurposed locally, keeping them out of the landfill and putting nutrients back into the earth.
Together, we can keep our community clean, green, and thriving — one pumpkin at a time! 💚
