Police on patrol were traveling behind a vehicle traveling north on Rt. 130 and did
observe that vehicle cross over the roadways painted line multiple times. The bracket on
the rear license plate was obstructing the registration number on the vehicle and police at
this time made a motor vehicle stop. The driver, 32 year old Samyel Ayazian of North
Bergen, NJ, was arrested for DWI and also issued summons for reckless driving, failure
to maintain lane, obstructed/unclear license plate and obstructed view. Mr. Ayazian was
released to his cousin with a court date later in May.
