PRESS RELEASE JUNE 14,2010

Police were called to Park Apts. on a report of a stolen bike. The bike
had been secured
in the parking lot by the owner, however, a thief was able to make off
with the bike. The
bike is described as a a blue and chrome mountain style bike with shocks
under the seat
and front handle bars. The value of the bike is reported to be $600.00.

Police were advised by a citizen that a man had just walked into a yard
on Farnsworth
Ave. and removed a females blue bicycle. The culprit was last seen
heading towards the
NJ Light Rail train station and that is where Ptl. Joe Bourn located
same. In speaking
with accused Dominick Yarra of Trenton, age 25, he stated he found the
bike. A wants
and warrants check revealed several warrants for the accused who was
charged with theft
of moveable property and turned over to Burlington City on their
$1,000.00 warrant. Mr.
Yarra awaits court in Bordentown City Municipal Court on his theft
charges.
