PRESS RELEASE FOR WEEK ENDING FEBRUARY 8,2010

A vehicle traveling northbound on Rt. 130 was observed changing lanes of
travel without
using turn signals. That vehicle was stopped on Rt. 206 northbound and
the driver
subsequently charged with unsafe lane change. The driver, while fumbling
through his
car for his credentials, was observed to have an open pack of cigarettes
lying on the floor
of his car. That opened pack of cigarettes had a shiny object in it that
turned out to be a
glass smoking pipe with burnt residue suspected to be crack- cocaine.
Arrested at this
time for possession of paraphernalia, Xanex, a schedule IV narcotic and
crack cocaine
was 50 year old Jeffrey Angeloni of Trenton, NJ. Mr. Angeloni was later
lodged in
Burlington County Jail in lieu of $25,000.00 bail.

January 30 1:11 am
A vehicle traveling north on Rt. 130/206 was observed to travel from the
far right lane to
the center lane just before the split of Rt. 130 and Rt. 206. The
vehicle just before the
split swerved back over to the far right lane. The vehicle continued
traveling on Rt. 130
north and swerved onto the right shoulder of the road just after the
split. This vehicle was
stopped and upon speaking with the driver the odor of an alcoholic
beverage began
emanating from the interior of the vehicle. The driver, 32 year old
Nicole Clay ton-
Hirshman of Marlton, NJ, was subsequently charged with Drilling While
Intoxicated.
Ms. Clayton-Hirshman was also issued summonses for reckless driving and
failure to
maintain a lane. Ms. Clayton-Hirshman was given a February court date
and released to
A family member.
