PRESS RELEASE FOR WEEK ENDING NOV. 10,2009

While on patrol Rt. 130 north bound in area of Butts Ave., a vehicle
traveling in front of
a Bordentown City Patrol car was observed to travel across the
painted lines, straddling
the painted lines, being unable to maintain a lane of travel. That
vehicle was stopped and
the driver subsequently charged with driving while intoxicated.
Arrested and charged
with DWI, reckless driving, failure to maintain a lane and having an
open container of
alcohol in his vehicle was Cory J. Hocker, age 27 of Redding,
Connecticut, who was
given a court date for later in November and released to a friend.

A vehicle observed traveling north on Rt. 130/206 was noted to be
swerving back and
forth over three lanes of travel. That vehicle was stopped and an
odor of marijuana could
be detected coming from inside the vehicle. K-9 Terri, Bordentown
City's
patrol/narcotics dog, was utilized and indicated positive for CDS in
the vehicle. A
search of the driver produced suspected CDS cocaine and a small
amount of loose
suspected marijuana in the rear passenger area. Arrested and charged
with possession of
CDS cocaine, possession of CDS marijuana and possession of drug
paraphernalia, was 27
year old Joshua D. Gonzalez of South Amboy, NJ. Mr. Gonzalez was
given a court date
for a later appearance in Bordentown City Municipal Court and
released ROR.
