County Diner, circled the building attempting to pull onto Rt. 130
again. That vehicle
was stopped by a second patrol vehicle and the driver subsequently
charged with DWI.
The driver, 23 year old Matthew Delano, of Mt. Laurel, was also
issued summons for
failure to stop at stop sign, reckless driving and possession of CDS
in a motor vehicle.
Mr. Delano was released was released to a friend with a court date
later in March.

The owner of the Adorn Beauty Salon reported to police she discovered
monies missing
from overnight and a surveillance camera had captured the theft in
progress. Police
reviewed the tape and same showed a former employee of the salon to
be the CUlprit. At
approximately 1:46 pm this same day police arrested and charged 30
year old Frank
Hornchek of Bordentown City with burglary and theft. Money taken was
approximately
$450.00 and a bike valued at approximately $50.00. Mr. Hornchek was
charged with two
counts of burglary and three counts of theft and released on bail
with a court date later in
March.

City police arrested Walter Narkun Jr. in connection with the
burglaries which occurred
at The Bordentown Yacht Club in December of2008. Mr. Narkun Jr. was
caught on
surveillance tape, entered into the New Jersey Wanted Persons System,
and picked up
by the Mercer County Sheriffs Department who in turn notified
Bordentown City Police
Department. Mr. Narkun Jr. was lodged in Burlington County Jail in
default of bail set at
$5,000.00.

City Police entered a subject into New Jersey Wanted Persons System
in December of
2008 after that subject attempted to pass a fraudulent prescription
at a local pharmacy.
Arrested was 43 year old Kelly Ann Sunkiskis of Yardville, NJ. Ms.
Sunkiskis was
arrested by Mercer County Sheriffs officers and turned over to
Bordentown City.
Ms. Sunkiskis was lodged in Burlington County Jail in lieu of bail
set at $10,000.00.
