May 31, 2009 3:17 pm
While on routine patrol on Elizabeth St. a vehicle passed the City
patrol care being driven
by a subject know to be a suspended driver. The patrol car turned
around and attempted
to stop the driver who did not stop until pulling into his driveway.

driver and because of the odor emitting from his vehicle and the slow
and akward
walking of the driver, had the driver perform some sobriety tests
which he failed to pass.
The driver, Ronald Polasky, age 40, of Bordentown City was
subsequently charged with
driving while intoxicated. Mr. Polasky was released to a family
member pending court in
June.
