Police observed two individuals trespassing on Conrail Railroad property near Railroad Avenue and Third Street. One of the individuals, Andrew Killey, 18, of Bordentown City, removed an item from his pocket and dropped it on the railroad tracks. Police searched the ground where Killey had been standing and found a small bag containing suspected marijuana. Killey was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana under 50 grams, possession of drug paraphernalia, and trespassing. Killey was given a court date of July 30, 2008 and released. The individual with Killey was not charged.

Police responded to the 100 block of Farnsworth Avenue for the report of a fight in progress. Upon arrival police found Sean P. Mullen, 39, of Bordentown City, bleeding from his right hand. Mr. Mullen stated that he had cut his hand on a broken bottle. Mr. Mullen refused medical attention. Mr. Mullen stated that he had gotten into an argument with a friend that was visiting. Mr. Mullen became belligerent while speaking with police and was arrested for disorderly conduct. Mr. Mullen was given a court date of July 30, 2008 and released.

A Prince Street resident reported that his vehicle was stolen from in front of his home. The vehicle had been parked for only about 45 minutes before the owner returned to find that it was missing. The vehicle has not been recovered at the time of this release.

Police observed numerous articles laying in a parking space at Park Apartments. The articles were retrieved and police were able to contact the owner of the articles. It was later discovered that the articles had been left behind whent he owner's vehicle was stolen from the parking space. The vehicle was recovered several days later in Trenton. No arrests have been made at the time of this release.

Police observed an apparently unsecure vehicle while checking the area of the Third Street parking lot. Police noticed that the rear removable window panel of a Jeep was pulled down. Further inspection revealed that the contents of the passenger compartment were scattered. The owner of the vehicle was contacted. The owner stated that someone had opened the rear window panel and gone through the contents of the vehicle, but that it did not appear as if anything was missing.

A Ewing Township resident reported that her vehicle had been broken into while it was parked on West Chestnut Street overnight. The owner of the vehicle reported that her car stereo and some of her CDs had been stolen. The total value reported stolen was $350.00. The owner stated that the vehicle had been locked while parked on West Chestnut Street.

A Walnut Street resident came into police headquarters to report that her vehicle had been burglarized overnight. The victim stated that her vehicle had been left unlocked and that someone had entered the vehicle while it was parked on Willow Street near Walnut Street. The victim stated that the perpetrator had scattered her documents and belongings about the passenger compartment of the vehicle and stolen her stereo and CDs. The total value reported stolen was $650.00.

A Walnut Street resident reported that her vehicle had been broken into overnight while it was parked in front of her residence. The victim stated that her vehicle was locked when she left it and that someone had entered her vehicle and scattered her belongings about the passenger compartment. The victim stated that her flashlight had been stolen.
