Police observed a vehicle as it traveled through a red light, stopped, and traveled in reverse until it was behind the stop line at the light.  Police approached the vehicle and detected the odor of marijuana as the driver's window was rolled down.  Police also observed what appeared to be green vegetation spilled onto the floor of the vehicle.  The driver, Nicole Holubowycz, 18, of Cookstown, NJ, was arrested for possession of marijuana and paraphernalia.  Ms. Holubowycz was given a court date in June and issued motor vehicle summonses for failure to stop or yield and for possession of a Controlled Dangerous Substance in a motor vehicle.

Police are investigating a theft of U. S. currency from the Park Street CafĂ©.  A blue colored, zippered money bag containing over $3,000.00 was reported missing from the restaurant.  The business owner last saw the bag at approximately 9:00 am on May 31, 2008.
