The victim of a hit and run crash at Crosswicks Street and Route 130 followed fleeing vehicle while calling police on his cellular telephone. Police found the vehicle in the Clifton Mills section of Bordentown Township. The driver of the vehicle, Anthony Santoro II, 34, of Hamilton, was charged with reckless driving, leaving the scene of an accident, failure to report an accident, and DWI. Mr. Santoro was given a court date in January and released to a friend.

Police received a call reporting a two-car crash on Park Street in front of Ocean Spray. Upon arrival police interviewed both drivers. It was discovered that one of the drivers, Derek Burgess, 34, of Bordentown City, had been drinking. The crash investigation revealed that Mr. Burgess had been following too closely. Mr. Burgess was issued summonses for DWI, Reckless Driving, and Tailgating, given a court date in January and released to a friend.

Police were called to the Bordentown 7-Eleven store for the report of a disorderly male. Upon arrival police spoke with the store clerk who stated that the subject, Bradley Sellars, 51, of Metuchen, had been shouting and came behind the counter of the store. Mr. Sellars was charged with disorderly conduct and defiant trespass, given a court date in January, and released.
