Police observed a vehicle failing to maintain its lane as it traveled north on Route 130. The vehicle was stopped and the driver was subsequently arrested for DWI. The driver, Frank Fanning, 55, of Cream Ridge, was also charged with failure to maintain lane and reckless driving. Mr. Fanning was given a court date in December and was released to a family member.

Police were called to Boyd's Pharmacy in reference to prescription fraud. Police were advised by the pharmacist that the doctor who had allegedly called in the prescriptions had stated that the prescriptions were fraudulent. Police arrested Heather Gangarz, 33, of New Egypt. Ms. Gangarz was charged with obtaining CDS by fraud, given a court date in December, and released.

Police observed a vehicle traveling with a headlight out on Route 130 / Route 206 North. The vehicle began to drift and make unsafe lane changes as police followed behind. The vehicle was stopped and the driver was subsequently arrested for DWI. The driver, Byron S. Marshall, Jr., 25, of Lawrenceville, was also charged with reckless driving, failure to maintain lane, and failure to maintain lamps. Mr. Marshall was given a court date in December and released to his wife.
